How to Become an Instructor
LIP Community
LIP Community are students in various secondary schools who register to participate in LIP Assessment and graduates of various higher institutions that act as LIP Coaches, Trainers and Coordinators respectively.
State governments also signup and enrol her students to improve their academic performance through mastery learning programme offered by Students LIP. LIP assessment questions are WAEC, NECO & NABTEB standards.
You can make extra income as a member of LIP community when you signup as an instructor or a subject coach.
Instructor Rules
You must not ask for direct contact, photos, address or physical meetings with students.
You must be online 24/7 to respond to students requests and questions. LIP notifies you when your students activate a lessing topic remotely to learn. This helps you stay active to respond to students requests real-time. We reward you with points for your promptness which you can convert to cash for withdrawals.
After LIP exam by students, you are expected to provide remarks about students performance. You must be very objective about your remarks to help students perform better.
LIP Pre-test Job Tasks
Once a while, you'd find simple job tasks active on your dashboard. You get paid after completing the task and your job gets approved by LIP management. Your earnings are credited to your wallet for withdrawal. You have to visit LIP regularly as tasks are competitive.
